My approach to portraits is simple, I want you to be you in front of my lens
Overly posed portraits come across as artificial and remind me of a 1990's era school photo. Natural smiles and the occasional giggle are best.
My goal is to capture the excitement and joy of the moment
Portraits are taken to mark a special occasion, be it an engagement, graduation, anniversary, or just being able to spend time together as a family. I will give gentle posing suggestions, but the best portraits are those organic moments when everyone is comfortable and being themselves.
