I had a hunch this was going to be an amazing photography session the moment A reached out to me with a request to take family portraits at the family farm. I was not disappointed. The farm had a variety of gorgeous backdrops to choose from, and A's brother joined in on the fun by providing a tractor as a prop. Such a fun family to work with, I just wish the storms would have had other plans. That's summer in the mid-west for you! 

Over Memorial Day weekend I had the opportunity to take family portraits for a large family consisting of three sisters, their families, and mom! It was a group of 13 all together. Gezer Park in Leawood provided a variety of backdrops with it's pond, stone walls, gardens, and mini-vineyard. There was even a playground to encourage a few smiles from the smallest family member.
